The Sneekr refuses product warranty in the following cases:

+ The product is out of warranty period.

+ Products are damaged come from customer such as used shoes ; the product is no longer intact due to animal bites; poor preservation causes mold, fading from sunlight, chemical cleaning causes stains and discoloration; defects due to collisions or external forces such as being pressed, bent, compressed, scratched, or warped

- Warranty cost: all return shipping costs are paid by The Sneekr for goods eligible for warranty
