Return Policy

In case you receive a product that does not match the description on the website, has a manufacturing error, does not fit the size or is no longer satisfied with the product you ordered, you can completely return the product within 15 days of receipt.

- Return conditions:

+ The product is 100% new and intact; no scratches; The stamps, labels, and boxes are intact and not dented; The product is unused, not dirty, and has not been washed (Note: When trying on footwear products, you should wear socks and try on shoes on a clean floor to ensure the product is not dirty)

- Return regulations

+ Customers have the right to return the product 01 time only within 15 days from the date of purchase (at the store) or date of receipt (when buying online).

+ The new product selected for exchange must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the exchanged product. In case the product selected for exchange is of lower value than the product to be exchanged, the customer will not receive a refund.

- Return costs:

+ The Sneekr offers free exchange for customers in case the product has a manufacturing defect, is scratched during shipping, or is delivered the wrong model/wrong size (1st time)

+ However, in other cases, customers please bear 100% of the shipping fee.

+ The Sneekr will check and confirm the inventory status of products whose models or sizes need to be exchanged and notify customers. In case we run out of sizes throughout the system, you will be supported to exchange for another product model and can only exchange once.

+ After receiving the product, The Sneekr will inspect the product according to return regulations (takes about 2 - 3 days). The Sneekr will notify the customer of the results after the inspection is completed and make a return order

+ Within 2-3 days from the date The Sneekr submits the return order, you will receive the goods from the shipping unit.

***Note: Customers are responsible for the integrity of the product when sending it to The Sneekr. We are not responsible for loss, misplacement or damage of goods (if any) during transportation.
